By bridging their professional expertise with a deep personal friendship, they created a unified approach to support and restore the people behind the profession they love.

Dr. Laura Schwindt

Dr. Laura Schwindt is a dentist, entrepreneur, and transformational coach who helps accomplished, purpose-driven professionals reclaim their energy, realign with what matters most, and lead from their most authentic truth. As a former solo-practice owner, she brings lived experience and deep empathy to her work, having personally navigated the pressures and emotional demands of a high-stakes career.

Her evidence-based, integrative approach blends Heroic Performance Coaching, mindfulness and somatic practices, trauma-informed coaching, and positive psychology—supporting both high performance and sustainable well-being. 

A progressive voice in dentistry, Dr. Laura is the founder of Laura Schwindt Heroic Performance Coaching, a Fellow of the Dynamic Speaker Institute, and a founding member of the International Academy of Dental Life Coaches. She is also passionate about guiding others and serves as a mentor for Women in Dentistry.
