Learning Objectives
Participants will learn how to:
Recognize early indicators of chronic stress and understand how burnout develops—so it can be addressed before symptoms impact health, leadership, or career satisfaction
Identify personal and professional stressors and design intentional practice operating systems that reduce pressure rather than compound and prolong it.
Reclaim time, focus, and control through smarter, more efficient practice management strategies
Apply practical thought- and mindset-management tools that support perspective, resilience, and emotional regulation
Align work rhythms, leadership habits, and decision-making with natural energy patterns to support long-term performance
Build a sustainable, purpose-driven dental practice that supports both professional excellence and personal well-being
This one-day seminar—offered in gender-specific learning environments—creates space for open dialogue, relevant application, and meaningful reflection. Participants will leave with clarity, confidence, and actionable strategies to thrive not only as dentists but as leaders and individuals.
